My pick would be an Amazon show called Legend of Vox Machina, it's based on Critical rolls Dungeons & Dragons Twitch stream, it's about to start its second season, and is already Green Lit for Season 3. I have yet to hear a bad review about it. Season 1 has 12 Episode, and defiantly some Voice actors you will recognize.

Although the suggestion to throw out the whole Poll completely, because 2 of YOUR favorites are losing is a rather peculiar and new one to me lol It is quite obvious and apparent, If you've watched all their reactions, that HunterxHunter and Haikyuu (everything they've praised in the mob reactions/reviews particularly is right there with Haikyuu 1000%) are two series that potentially possess all the necessary ingredients that they are looking for in shows. Same goes for Monster and Steins/Gate, but people are trying their hardest to make it seem like HxH is not gonna be for them. HxH is gonna win and be here for a while and I'm looking forward to them watching/discussing/enjoying or criticizing it for next Year and a half :) On the other hand I'm still amazed that people are recommending shows like Code Geass that have fanservice/ecchi compilations that are 15+ minutes long !!?? It's a good and entertaining show, but y'all gotta know them by now and what they looking for and what they're definitely not looking for

I think they should decide what to watch themselfs, because putting hxh and haikyuu is an instant loss for both steins gate and monster, which imo are more interesting choices

Jesus christ these comments are so anti HxH wtf. I get that not all of you may like it as much as other things, but clearly a lot of people love it and it's a show they'll have to get to at some point (it's top 3 anime and top 10 shows ever to me, so I'm biased, but I'm trying not to be). And I get that it's a longer show, but if they keep prioritizing short shows they'll never get to it, because there's endless shows to watch. So wouldn't it just make sense for it to get this twice a week slot? And for people saying they wouldn't like it that much, come on. Yes, it's got distinct arcs, which they haven't really done before, and I can see how some who desire a tight plot might be put off by that, but they're far more character-focused than plot-focused watchers, and that's where the show really excels. And it's not just fights wtf! Another one of the show's biggest strengths is not relying heavily on fighting, and making each fight feel different and revealing about the characters.

Haikyuu is the easy pick here. I just don't think all the fighting and power system worldbuilding of HxH is stuff they care about in stories. It feels too all over the place for me and lacks that strong emotional core to guide it like Vinland or FMAB have. Haikyuu has the action, the directing, the themes, the kick-ass soundtrack. But most importantly of all it has heart, and the characters guide the show 100%.

I think Demon Slayer is a very beautiful story. It is sad at times, but in general it is a story full of hope and it definitely looks like it is one of those that will have a very happy ending. Also, the animation and the music are top tier.

On the kindness-scale, Haikyuu, while nowhere near Mob, is the kindest of all these choices. Just a heads up if that colors your decision.

I'm prettttyyy sure they'll really enjoy HxH (altho I'm not 100%). Because of the way it's written, its quality leads more towards something like Avatar and FMA instead of typical shounen like Naruto and Bleach to me. I do think it can be slow in parts, but slow in the same way that Better Call Saul was. HxH relaxes to explore and develop its characters, and that just makes the most intense moments hit REALLLY hard.

Look I’m not going to complain. My only thing is that HxH is unfinished, and because of the health of the writer, it will never actually finish. So you’re getting them to react to 150+ episodes and then story is not going to be wrapped up/will never actually be concluded

as i said yesterday i haven't watched any of these so i'm not voting, just reading the comments to entertain myself. i know everyone wants their favs to win but why are you so mad it's hxh would take them more than a year? or saying that by the time they finish it they could watch 3 short ones? i mean, they've said it a few times but that's exactly what they are looking for, they wanted a long show, longer than fmab. so while i get that you want other shows you should also consider what they asked for when they wanted recommendations. i mean, i would also love a reaction to spy x family, ranking of kings or 86, but it's just not what they want at the moment.

as much as i love hxh i'm not very convinced, considering their tastes, what worries me is the plot, it's completely different from the anime they've seen so far, in other words, which is divided into arcs, i think they might get tired in the long run , I don't know I have doubts, for me steins gate would have been better...

God please stop voting Hunter Hunter. It’s gonna take them over a fucking year and a half to finish the show. They could finish Monster, Steins Gate, and most of Haiyku in the same span that it would take to finish HxH.

I'll just copy paste my comment here, TPN doesn't get recommended enough because of the abysmal season 2, so I'll just leave this here hoping it will get picked at some point. I don't know if anyone suggested it yet, but I think you guys would really like The Promised Neverland season 1 (ignore season 2 as it was completely botched in the anime). Season 1 can be watched as a stand-alone and it's only 12 episodes, you get both a female protagonist and great female antagonist.

In terms of quality of shows across the board I think this is the best poll you've ever done. I think all 4 shows are awesome and by the end of your time as reactors these are 4 shows you absolutely should have watched at some point. That being said, I am still heartbroken that this means we're gonna have to wait another year for Haikyuu. I think thematically with what you are asking for after mob, and what Haikyuu's strengths are as a show it's pretty tragic that it isn't going to win. The feelings that you talk about in your review of the Mob Psycho finale are what Haikyuu brought up in me, while HxH was a very enjoyable show in the vein of say, Fullmetal (but not as good in my opinion, and HxH falters because it's also still unfinished.)

Haikyuu has the same warmth/soul as Mob and is so inspirational, wholesome and has an endless amount of great charachters (which is why the mob/Haikyuu fandoms are so close and intertwined) and it would make SO much sense as the Mob replacement, but HxH would make for an incredible journey and they are gonna love either one.
