Haha I love this episode. The intro parody of Full House and the cameo by Alf are great. Craig Robinson makes a great villain because he really doesn't look like one and he's a comedian.

Back when this aired live, the network got all of the advertisers to show their old 90s commercials during the sitcom segment. it was awesome

look, i watched the intro and the full like 30 mintues after i woke up and i don't like coffee so as you can imagine i was not entirely awake... i had to go to the fridge and take a monster at 11 am so i could process the beginning of this espisode. don't get me wrong, the episode was incredible, probably one of my favourites so far, but god, i was half asleep and it was like i was watching that 70's show mixed up with the sopranos or something. i hate myself because they really made me laugh about awful things with the whole sitcom thing. the rest of the episode was a rollercoaster. poor elliot can't catch a break istg, they really fucked him up. on that note i was also thinking about the possibility of ray being an inmate too but then i remembered the scene of him having breakfast in a house talking to himself and that's not seen through elliot's perspective so i don't think ray is confined anywhere, but who knows. each episode he becomes even more frightening ngl, his whole demeanor is unnerving. i was actually surprised when you didn't react when angela had to change her rute because she enountered dom and two other fbi agents, i guess you dind't recognised her. but as soon as she turned around and went down the stairs i was on the edge of my seat because dom saw her and she was acting weird, so i knew dom was going to be suspicious because we've seen she's a capable agent. bad news for angela i guess. but speaking about dom... milena's whole attitude toward's dom is hilarious. when lola said "you want to keep talking about the ship? go on" please, it was so funny and relatable because let me tell you that no matter how good a show is, if theres a lesbian couple and i love them they will be my main focus in the show too. i also don't really know how to interpret elliot and darlene's father and what kind of a person he was. the show tries to make him look good as you said but also there's certain scenes where he does some wierd shit. i guess we'll just have to wait. ps: you can always trust the youtube folk to make spoilers. no wonder you never read the comments. but i agree with you, if i wasn't watching this at your pace and watching your discussion after every episode i don't even think that the idea that he might be in jail would have crossed my mind. when you binge watch something you barley have time for making theories. you usually like like 30-40 minutes after each episode, it's only normal you'll get some things right.

Yeah I never watch "previously on"s exactly because they're fairly spoilery, I'd rather not know which characters or plot points are going to be in the episode.

The one reoccurring thing that I think you ladies might confuse about the word "cool" that seems to popup in a lot of your reactions about Darlene saying "It's cool, I don't have to get it" - that's quite a common way of how native English speakers talk. We use the word "cool" to downplay situations, in a large range of different contexts. When we say "it's cool", doesn't mean it's actually cool, just means "hey don't worry, we don't have to talk about it" - I think that is a more accurate way of the use of the word "cool". Cool can also be used in sarcastic conversational sense too, just depends on the context of it being used - but I think in this case you guys have the wrong perspective of Darlene's dialogue there.
