I double checked and Elliot does say in the first episode that he didn't voluntarily go to see his psychologist Krista, he was forced to
The first scene is such dark humor... We go from the end of the previous episode to the first scene of this episode where Shayla is talking about how she's bleeding and it's a life-or-death situation... And yeah Mr Robot has a lot of good music. I'm convinced a lot of its budget goes to licensing all these songs because there's so many in every episode lol
Great reaction! The music and score in this show are soooo good. Seeing the first time Shayla and Elliot meet is so rough. Reminds me a lot of the use of flashbacks and flash-forwards in Better Call Saul which just break your heart by showing you how good things used to be or how dark they will become 馃槶
To tack on to Isaac's warning about post credits, not sure how you two plan recording sessions BUT if you want the full experience as it aired, episodes 1 and 2 for season 2 aired back to back on the same night. 馃榿
100%, I remember when they did this, and to play into the theme of the series, I remember they intentionally leaked the first two episodes several hours earlier than the actual release on TV for the Internet - which I thought was a ballsy move for a production series to make to accommodate to it's theme
