Full cyrcle moment with envy...such a great and complex character...truly sad he took his own life after he realised that ed was true😔💔🫂
Why do you think Envy is a complex character? I am really curious, because I always thought that they were one of the more straightforward characters, but I'm really eager to hear different opinions. Also, to me their death wasn't sad, it was pathetic. Good riddance.

Nice This entire episode is about recognition and realization. Mustang coming to the realization that he couldn't carry on like that. The emotion of Envy finally giving Ed some recognition by calling him by name for the first time (every time before that had been pipsqueak) The one that really gets me though, is that this is one of the few times in the entire series that Olivier acknowledges Alex as her brother, and I think the first time she did out in the open. Before this, she almost exclusively referred to him as a coward and deserter. To hear her say "that's my brother! He's better than that!" Is so powerful.
