right? it's always out of nowhere and then everyone starts recommending things. they still have mob for a while and they've already says they're doing vinland saga after fmab if i remember correctly. it's going to be a while till they have an opening for another anime.

If recommendations are being taken for what to react to, then I would throw Ranking of Kings out there as a potential option. I'm basing this strictly off the love I've seen you both show for characters throughout my time rewatching Fullmetal Alchemist, Mob and The Expanse. I don't think you could do better in recent years with a strong cast of complex and intriguing characters. Another valid option that I've always loved would be Eureka Seven. When I think of anime with worlds and characters that are beautifully creative and engaging, Eureka Seven remains at the top of the list even after 17 years.

If you're looking for an Anime to react to next, I suggest you start Chainsaw Man as it airs. It's definitely likely to be the "next big thing" Anime like AoT or Demon Slayer.
I'd rather wait a little longer to see what the anime will be like. Chainsaw Man will be to 100% bombastic animation-wise, but story-wise I'm a little worried. Let's see.

I loved the concept but it kinda falls off after half a season or so, don’t you think?
And now we have met my favorite character. To clarify, that esper who's blind has two broken abilities. He can teleport yes, but he also has that ability that girl has (albeit he has far more control with it), clairvoyance. So, even if he is blind, it doesn't matter because he always knows what's going to happen right before it happens. That doesn't make him invincible, just extremely dangerous, hence why he's number two in the organization.
I get someone might say parts of this border on being a spoiler, but none of it affects the plot, so I don't care.
Hunter X Hunter?
Honestly, the length would be worth it for the ending. It’s such an unorthodox anime that it would be fun watching them having to accept the nonsense and convoluted ideas.

The best thing about Teru, and it shows in this episode, is he can learn any technique he witnesses. So he can use the Air Whips, the Pyrokinesis, and then the Explosion that the guy used at the apartment
Not "any" ability, but definitely most of them. He can't do what that guy who just beat his ass can do.
