i agree with everything you said, up until this episode the teacher was just a comedic relief character for me and just this episode made me love him and skyrocketed him to one of my favourite characters. 'i love my sister but in middle school i was stomping on her' lol honestly same but reversed. when i was in middle school my sister bullyed me to no end and then when someone messed with me in school she went 100% murderous intent mode lol. that's a big sister for you i guess. i'm the youngest of four so i can relate more to ritsu in that aspect.

the relationship between mob and reigen is so beautiful. their bond is the main theme of this story imo. can't wait for you two to react to season 2 and 3
