Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood Episode 27 Reaction

I can't wait to introduce my second favorite character! 🐻🐻🐻

I have a question off topic. Have you ever watched Community? If not, please consider this show for the future. This is a very funny and light show, with great characters, you will definitely like it.

Hey girls you are the best, I love your reactions and discussions so much, especially about FMAB.

Both the blonde woman and the man with a ponytail that you've noticed in the intro are great characters in their own way and I'm a huge fan of both of them. Brotherhood has such an amazing cast of supporting characters and uses them so well, that it should be a role model for other shows. Great reaction and discussion, you're very perceptive, as always. Can't wait for the next episodes!

I really enjoyed this season a lot! and the next one ... and the one after that... i enjoyed it all lol

one of my favorite ep ignore the people who only wants action 24/7 this show has no bad ep

Don't think it's ever expanded on much in the anime, but Pinako introduced Hohenheim and Trisha to eachother officially when she was an adult. Though he was already like hundreds of years old before Trisha was even born, so there's no getting around the giant gap in age no matter what you do. He might've seen her around Resembool as a kid whenever he visited Pinako, but they didn't know each other.

This episode will make much more sense and hit you a lot harder emotionally when you have finished the show. I suggest you watch it again at that time. Love your reaction as always. Watching my favorite reactors watch my favorite anime is a dream come true ♥ (and you were not crying alone Lola)

This episode is meant to question things and foreshadow more than to answer existing questions. Always has been one of my favorites to watch reactions for, as per usual you both did not disappoint with your wonderful reaction. You both have a knack for picking up undertones and connecting dots shows lay only groundwork for. I'm so excited to finish the rest of this journey with you both stay awesome!

people telling them to skip this episode as if they wouldnt love it. there were such great little moments in this episode about Hohenheim.

About the discussion of the Philosopher Stone: In episode 3 you saw a "solid" Philosopher Stone at the priest. So the stone can also exist outside of a body. But the stone can also be connected to a body, a human being. We saw this with Bradley, where in order to survive (his mind) he had to fight the stone (1 soul Homunculus). As far as we know, all other sin homunculus were created completely artificially. The question is of course now: What is Hohenheim and how was he created? Furthermore: A Philosopher Stone / a Homunculus dies when its "power" is used up, i.e. all souls are consumed. We saw this with the priest and we saw it with Lust Death.

The episode had a very unique approach to showing us more of Hohenheim. Ultimately, the dream in this episode is a new interpretation from the following scene in Chapter 46: https://imgur.com/a/aU1L6jP I personally think the dream is better because it shows us the Father of Sins and what dilemma Hohenheim is in.

When did they say Bradley can't have children? All you know is that his son is adopted.

Also In case you missed this the girl who came up to Hohenheim both times was a younger version of his wife. I didn’t realize it till my 6th watch of the series.

Okay now I can't understand either that people wanted you to skip this. This was so good! o_o

The end of this episode is my favorite part of the entire series! MVP!!!

So excited for the next episode, can't wait for you reaction to certain things :D

Honestly, you girls are a lot less confused by this episode than most people are on their first time watching. As you said yourself, you are confused just the amount that the show purposely want it.

I love this episode. Stopped what I was doing when I saw that you uploaded

I'm not going to say who the woman on the wall in the intro is, but I guarantee you're going to love her.
