I love when you jokingly guess the best moments in the show.
For alchemists to transmute stuff they have to pay an equal price. When Ed makes a blade in his right arm, he's thinning part of the metal to make it, when he makes it go back to normal he's just putting the metal where it was beforehand.
“Major Armstrong is gonna take his shirt off again and yell at us some more!” is one of my favorite lines from this show because of how accurate it is and how ridiculous that would be to see
It's not a spoiler since it was mentioned this episode & in the previous episode, but the prisoners were sacrificed in the 5th laboratory to make Philosopher Stones (even Slicer admitted it to Ed). Slicer & Barry the Chopper were the only ones bonded to armor and their sole purpose was to guard the laboratory and kill people who snooped around. Just so you don't think there's an army of armored murders throughout the show :)
I think the souls bound to the armor are only of those two murderers to defend the place against trespassers. I don't think they said anything about building an army of those creatures.
Mustang and Hawkeye are a matched set. You could probably call Hawkeye by her first name, Riza. Al is very much a 14 year-old. He's a bit insecure in his own identity. Ed sure does get beaten up a lot.

idk when you would but you should react to some anime movies, Your Name in particular is a must watch imo, maybe to fill the void when a show ends like how theres a free slot this week since invicible finished and bcs starts next week.

Central is a city and its the capital of Amestris, the country the whole show takes places in. Its real name is Central City and its where the Fuherer and most of the top military brass live at the command headquarters, but this city is a huge metropolis and is the biggest and most population city in the country.
this anime is not overrated it's really the best anime of all time it is also rank 1 in myanimelist since i knew anime it is perfect with no single mistake all opening and ending are great and the OST is great and the story animation and characters are great
i think it being rated at #1 makes it overrated for me and for many others, its top tier but i definitely wouldnt have it as the very best
"Central" is like the capital of the country. Roy is current in the East part of the country. It is a bit confusing mainly because of the first episode, when Roy is just visiting central. Btw the first episode was kind of a filler one. They mashed all the characters together to present them all at once to compensate for the cut content of the beginning of the manga
