I'm new here so I don't know if you actually read the comments. Not sure where you got the idea that the "bioweapon" affects belters differently than everyone else. This is incorrect. It affects everything and everyone the same. Also, perfect double drop. Episodes 9 and 10 were aired at the same time! make sure to do this as well for episodes 4 and 5 from season 2! You will understand why.

Don't worry, your questions will be answered! But some of the answers won't come until season 2 - or seasons 3, 4, 5... 🙃

Thanks for the double drop today! There's some short comics (titled The Expanse: Origins) that provide some non-spoilery backstory for Miller, Holden, Naomi, Amos, and Alex. They don't go way back like you're asking for, but they do give you a little bit of insight into the way they behave and why and how they all ended up on the Canterbury. It doesn't give away answers to any of the really mysterious questions you might have about them.
