One more suggestion: If you want a short show that will make you feel a lot, I strongly suggest To your Eternity. It's only 20 episodes and this show is so unique. I never seen anything like it before. Bonus: there was a huge buzz about it last year and I'm sure you'd get tons of new viewers just from that show.

My recommendation is for Black sails I think you would love that show.

NANA!!!! You would love since you're both smart women in your 20s, it's a bit different from what you usually watch but the characters are rlly well written!

I think I would like it if they stuck to a max of 2 anime shows for balance. That said, the show I still would most like for them to react to atm is Invincible. 8 episodes and it's just really cool and really fun to react to because it doesn't do what you expect.

My Name is G R E A T girl getting revenge show, it's a fast paced story like Arcane with just 8 episodes and the main character is so cool. If you want something less dramatic/more chill to balance out everything else Freaks and Geeks is a cult classic from 1999 that I love. It has 18 episodes. And if you're looking for another serious and dark anime like Attack On Titan then definitely Fullmetal Alchemist Brotherhood. It has 64 episodes.

HELL YEAH THE EXPANSE, Fun fact! The show got cancelled halfway through season 3 but then Jeff Bezos bought it because he wanted to see how it ended You might want to avoid looking up this story in case of spoilers but once you get that far its a great story to learn about

not so many people telling them to react to demon slayer 💀 i doubt they'll enjoy it as much as people think they will. and i said it before and i'll say it again. they will hate the sexualization of the few female characters there are in the show. i know many patrons now are subscribed for aot so they prefer anime but i don't think demon slayer is an anime they'll like. not to mention the sexualization of a 14 year old girl... it's like you're setting l&m up because they'll for sure complain about that and you know how anime defenders are.

For live action I recommend The Witcher and for anime I recommend Demon Slayer. I know for a fact that you guys would absolutely love both of them.

Demon slayer for anime and maybe Cobra Kai/Witcher for live action?

I also can’t recommend Mr. Robot enough. I know Lola has said in the past that it doesn’t seem interesting to her, but trust me, this show is right up both of your alleys. You will both absolutely love the show I guarantee it the writing is exceptional and it’s one of the only shows out there that can fill the void of BCS and BB in my opinion.

If you want to watch a short show that is popular right now, you could watch The Legend of Vox Machina on Amazon Prime. It's the animated show of the very popular Critical Role Dungeon and Dragon show. It's also only 12 episodes, so wouldn't take too long to complete.

Since FMAB is a long show, it should replace AoT (or even Death note). Suggestion : Mob Psycho (comedy), Promised Neverland (S1), Vinland Saga, Demon Slayer, Tokyo Ghoul (?), Steins Gate, Shingeki! Kyojin Chuugakkou (lol), Psycho Pass. Don't know any live show.

I hope you guys check out "Monster" from Naori Urasaw. It is up there with AOT and Death Note. Probably features one of the greatest antagonists in anime. An underated gem for sure and is slow paced. The type of show is probably for you.

I think everyone would be entertained by your reaction to Evangelion, lmao. You should also check out Cowboy Bebop (the original Anime, not the netflix live action show) - Also if you want something fun and lighthearted after Arcane, check out One Punch Man or Kaguya-Sama. Demon Slayer is also pretty good (I thought parts of the first season were a little boring, but it's extremely popular)

Fullmetal Alchemist Brotherhood is amazing! Another one would be Mob Psycho 100, this one is also very good in english, if you wanted one to balance things. FMA is best in japanese imo

wishful thinking here but i'm hoping for midnight mass since they've already reacted to hill house and bly manor and i don't think they'll be reacting to 3 animes at the same time since they like to keep a balance

I personally would recommend Demon Slayer. I feel like you two would really appreciate the characters and story telling and not to mention the animation is next level. Just get be prepared for more tears tho 😥

if you have not decided on a new show yet, may I suggest One Punch Man? it is a really light hearted anime, very funny, and TBH you girls need a break from the heavy emotional stuff, because Arcane/AoT/DN are not too kind to you in that way
