To answer the question at 17:15...if I went to the hospital with a broken leg and got out of there with a bill for less than $5,000 I would be fucking shocked -- and I'm insured. Whatever you think of the American healthcare system, it's worse.
For real, I've never really given it much thought because I'm insured and all I've had to pay for ER is my $75 copay but if you're not insured and you have to go to the ER you're screwed.

You will definitely you will enjoy this series! It's a character based series. Even though the stakes are not as high as BB and it might not have as much action on the first seasons, it develops its characters amazingly. Some think it does it better than BB. Enjoy!!

Listening to the discussion about how much you love Saul (Saul-Jimmy, fans totally call him by both), I have to commend Bob Odenkirk. There's like a tiny piece of vulnerability on Saul's face while he's trying so hard that I was like 😭😭 have all the clients in the world!! You deserve them you poor baby boy 🥺
Personally with how well written his character is I can only ever see him as Jimmy now. It almost feels weird to refer to him as Saul now.
It’s crazy watching these old season 1 episodes again after seeing seasons 4 and 5. Boy are you two in for a ride!

Yeah, it's a douche-y varient of bitch :p exactly the kind of way those boys would speak. They were such idiots to come inside a stranger's home, talk down to the guy there calling him "amigo" "es muy mal for my leg-o", calling his grandmother a bitch and then threatening her with a lawsuit. All inside a stranger's house! And then, Saul is freeing them and they start whining. Like stfu! I think they were just indignant at their treatment and needed to whine. Whine later! When I watched that part I was shouting "fuckin white people!!!"
