Please include Dexter in the poll. Also, please consider: Boardwalk Empire [IMDb 8.5] (Steve Buscemi) – 56 Narcos: Mexico [IMDb 8.3] (Diego Luna as lead) – 30 Penny Dreadful – 27 When They See Us - 8 Adolescence - 4 Black Bird (2022) (Taron Egerton) – 6 Godless (2017) (western) [IMDb 8.2] (Jeff Daniels) – 7
Any way to suggest/vote for Generation Kill?
I think it would be great if, as a community, there was a conscious decision of dividing recommended entertainment by their lenght in short (1-6 episodes), medium (6-24 episodes), long (24+ episodes or multiple seasons) because every year amazing animes or tv shows get released yet the girls cannot react to it given they are lock in for months (or god forbid a year!) in these decades old TV shows. I know they enjoy a long story but shorter shows would give a freshness to the channel every 2 or 3 months. Just food for thought.
Isn't that what Robert is doing already? I thought the way it usually works is that there is one long live action show where they watch two episodes per week and one short show with one episode per week, so with that you already get a change in short shows every two months or so? I just don't know what kind of show we'll be voting on, short or long, but since HotD is almost finished, there should be another poll soon anyways. Also, one problem with new shows is that are just coming out is that they might turn out to be trash by like season 2. And then you have to wait two years for the next season. For example I thought Fallout was pretty good if a bit overhyped in season 1, but season 2 wasn't particularly great, so I'd prefer if they wouldn't waste their time on it. I'm personally liking Furious, that's currently coming out, but I wouldn't recommend it since the first season hasn't even finished yet. Whereas I know that Fargo has four amazing seasons plus a great movie and one weaker season.
For the poll tomorrow: Adolescence - 4 Blue Eye Samurai - 8 (I would wait for Season 2/3) Death's Game - 8 Fallout S2 - 8 (I would wait for Season 3, so we can watch 16 episodes) Spider-Noir - 8 When They See Us - 8 Widow's Bay - 10 Firefly - 14 When Life Gives You Tangerines - 16 Narcos - 30 Shrinking - 33 Deadwood - 36 Hannibal - 39 Gravity Falls - 40 Silo - 40 The Pitt - 45 Hacks - 47 Twin Peaks - 48 Fargo - 51 Yellowstone -53 Six Feet Under - 64 Veep - 65 Dexter - 96 Buffy - 144 Watched by Lola or Milena (TV Time, now offline...): Chernobyl Community Dark Peaky Blinders Rick and Morty Sherlock Suits Ted Lasso The Good Place The Leftovers The Office True Detective
You forgot heated rivalry and six feet under 😔 even if there is little chance for those shows people commented about them. Wait since when they watched six feet under?? Lola said she was interested to react to it not that long ago and it was on the last poll
