Lola spitting theories in the Mangastream comments section on the weekly manga release would have gone absolutely crazy. From genius to delusion, she could hang with the best of them.
Finally someone has conflicted feeling to how Nobara acted to the brothers 😢 In the interview of voice actress of Nobara, she said at that time she try to act as a villain, so I'm glad that you guys caught that. But what I like from the episode is, when Yuji opened up to her, she said "Then we are accomplice", that was sweet of her that she also took herself in that "crime/sin" so Yuji won't feel alone.
Hi, I'm a new subsciber, I just caught up to their reaction from ep 1 and enjoyed every minute of it! Honestly, living in Japan and hanging out with Japanese JJK community, these are the kind of discussion we always have. But whenever I talked to overseas community its very rare, especially reactors, to actually deep dive into the stories. I hope you guys could read the official JJK fanbook after finishing season 2 so you can get deeper explanation 😺
I don't mind people loving jjk for it's fight, it's clearly the best aspect of the manga with it's character, my biggest grip with jjk fandom (or hater) that they imply that the story is bad or mid when in reality it's actually good and more complex than they give credit for
why r ppl still saying that they will not like the anime or next seasons when they are already in love with this, i mean, jjk fans r very annoying and all but the ppl who hate the anime is even worst xdddd

Love that both Yuji and Megumi's first instinct is to protect each other's mental well being by not telling the other about Sukuna' s fingers impact.

so much of what they discuss makes me so excited for future reactions idk how do they manage to question the moments with the best payoff everytime without fail
It is super confusing and they try to clarify it by flashing a picture of someone that you wouldnt recognize when they mention the name, but there are two "Kamo Noritoshi"s, the one we know in present day and his fellow clan member from from many years ago.
Some Takeaways from this ep that idk if u've really thought about: 1. Nobara lands a black flash(when she and yuji hit the brothers together) 2. Eso allows nobara to escape when he meets her initially in prev ep as they only had come to retrieve the finger. We have never seen cspirits not think about killing humans even for a sec. 3. They don't really like cspirits but side with them becuase the future where cspirits win would be more convenient for cursed wombs such as themselves. 4. Something to think about the cursed womb theory for yuji is, the cursed wombs had consciousness before manifesting as they say they've been beside each other for 150 years. So essentially yuji should have memories of being a cwomb too. 5. Yuji asking sukuna not to mention resonance to megumi was less about protecting him and more about the fact that megumi's cynical view was proven right about the act of saving someone leading to more deaths. They both have clashing views and both believe that both are right and respect each other's views, so he didn't want to change that. I yapped a lot, I know.

When it said “He impregnated her nine times” it meant Noritoshi Kamo impregnated her. He then forcibly aborted those children to take the fetuses and turned them into cursed objects. Shows just how vile he is.
nah, he didn't impregnate her himself but was part of the process. He essentially made a cursed spirit impregnate her.

Just to be super clear about the cursed wombs, cause JJK offers information way too quickly and doesn't every jump back to it. A looong time ago, an asshole named Kamo Noritoshi (yes, same name as our Kamo boy) found a woman who could give birth to cursed spirits. He used her to create 9 cursed objects: The Death Painting Wombs. These objects were kept in a sort of stasis and eventually captured by the school. Mahito stole 3 of them and captured random humans to put them into - creating Choso, Kechizu, and Eso. Kechizu and Eso displayed blood powers. This is likely because the Kamo bloodline has blood manipulation techniques.

Jujutsu Kaisen has become my favourite adaptation of anything, let alone a manga. Season 1 was perfectly executed, season 2 moves MOUNTAINS with its presentation, and season 3 only builds further on this. Season 2 as a whole is probably my favourite single season of television I've ever seen. It would be nothing, though, without everything THIS fantastic season did so effortlessly.

I love the sequence where the guitar is in time to the animation flashing between Yuji and Kugisaki, one of my fave moments from this season. Also worth noting that both Yuji AND Kugisaki performed a black flash there
I really enjoy seeing both of you theorize so reasonably within the rules of jjk, whether the theories are right or wrong. You already have such a good understanding, even if you feel confused sometimes. Trust me, you are understanding pretty much the maximum amount you could understand at this point of the story!

Congratulations for finishing s1 and once again thank you for putting this on the poll. S1 is a very entertaining and solid season. But to me S2 as a whole has to be one of the best seasons of shounen anime in the past decade. I'm really excited for the next reactions. Regarding this episode i think this finale is a bit underrated. The Yuji/Nobara duo had me popping off with excitement when i first watched it with the amazing animation and ost. One if the best male/female combos I've seen. I've always liked Nobara using seats to explain she doesn't have a lot of capacity for too many people in her heart. That whole conversation with Yuji is one of my favorites. Also loved Yuji and Megumi protecting each other indirectly yet again. I like how mature the characters are when dealing with serious topics. Also leave it to JJK to drop one of the most vile backstories for the death painting brothers out of nowhere and move on like it's no big deal lol. I am really glad that you went back to read it again!

If possible, let's try not to stir the pot please. We've had a "good vibes only" streak in the JJK comments section recently, and I think most people want that to continue. We spent many, many weeks listening to complaints about a poll from months ago, and honestly, it's been nice to only see positive comments. I'd hate for that to end.

Someone correct me If I am wrong but “king of deadly poisons” part is a translation error as I know. Kugisaki meant Sukuna is like a poison for Itadori. So Sukuna is King of Curses, not “King of Curses and deadly poisons”
