idk man. thragg is like SOOOO fair and level headed. maybe we should just let him rule and see how it is loool. even at the end when mark was regretting his decision. thragg comforts him saying you saved the lives of the whole planet. he didnt have to say that lol just a good guy for no reason
Do we really think it’s a coincidence that Debbie and Paul just happened to break up after Nolan showed up the first time?
If I were to rank the seasons I'd go - Season 1 Season 4 Season 3 Season 2 I think Season 1 has the benefit of better animation, compositing, etc. and it's finale is probably the most emotional and impactful episode for me, but Season 4 comes really close to it in terms of quality.
Whenever they bring up how weird it is that Rudy took Rex's name I remember the story of how Lola's sister was named Lola first but then Lola was born and they gave her that name instead and just stopped calling her older sister Lola.
I'm still so disappointed about this episode. Why break up Debbie and Paul? For a moment, I thought we would see Debbie and Paul go to Telescria together, and then they are revealing that they have split up. Debbie has always been one of my favorite characters. Her scenes are usually some of the strongest in the show. But I really don't like this decision. We had two whole Seasons to let Debbie find a new love and then they are killing it off screen. And with Nolan, I was hoping the story would let him build something new on Earth with someone who loved the person he has become, without the hurtful baggage of the past. Becoming better does not automatically erase the damage someone caused. Some things do not get repaired just because a person changes. I really hope that the show is no trying to tell that kind of story for Debbie. If Debbie just accepts the apology from Nolan and his change, I probably can live with that, but if they come together again, I will be disappointed. Maybe it's just me, who appreciates the big changes too much the show did for Debbie in comparison to the comics. Otherwise: Great season! Season 4 was so good and I'm so excited for Season 5! It will be alot of fun! And I hope they use more colors for the next title cards, so I can just copy them again 🤣
I never really saw Debbie and Paul working out from the beginning. I don’t want to say Paul was a rebound, cause that wasn’t it, I just think he represented Debbie’s desire to be a different person than who she was. In this episode he tells her that she is just as much aliens and spaceships as mark and Oliver, and he’s right. I think she wanted to move away from her old life and prove to herself that she wasn’t permanently changed by Nolan. I personally would find it very interesting to explore the idea that Nolan had just as much impact on her, as it’s repeatedly shown she had on him. As for them getting back together, I’m indifferent. Whatever the show does, I’ll enjoy it. I think she has every reason to hate him for the rest of her life, but at the same time, it’s way easier to love than it is to hate someone you’ve already loved for 20 years.
Despite having the weakest episode of the show, I’d say this has been the best season so far imo.

They are more like Saiyans, I think.
One of the best changes was how they handled the talk with Thragg at the end. In the comics it happens right as they get to earth, but in the show Mark (and the audience) are just anxious for when they will arrive. Second great change was in the comics Nolan was with Mark to talk to Thragg but here it puts all the responsibility onto Mark. Feel for my boy but it makes it more compelling.
