I don’t know the exact number but Nolan definitely didn’t kill millions on Earth. Certainly a couple thousand, but it’s a big difference in scale. A genocide vs an act of terrorism basically.
its confusing because they mention it in the last season more than 3 thousand and after that they say 2thousand but yeah compared with what he did in other plantes this was the most merciful of his conquest

I absolutely HATED how they had Mark lean against Nolan about participating in the war. He made the commitment himself, without Nolan's involvement, back in Season 2 with Allen. It made him feel cheap. They've got to keep better track of character positions...That said, this episode was 🔥. One of their very best!
Mark was never going to refuse the fight. It was more about him questioning his father.

11:34 It's implied Tech Jacket defeated a Mark variant 1v1, so she's stronger than pretty much any other non-viltrumite on Earth besides maybe Powerplex, who also killed a Mark variant 1v1 (though the latter can be easily neutralized if you understand how his powers work).
I love the changes this adaptation is making with Debbie's character. Her conversation with Nolan is a lot different (and much better in my opinion) than the comics.
