The idea of the Grade classification/ranking system being outdated and inadequate is sort of a running theme so I wouldn't worry about it too much. After like the seventh time where a character thinks "he's only a semi-second grade during spring when the weather is nice and he's eaten protein but he exorcised an Ultra Premium Special Grade and multiple Somewhat Regular Special Grades and two half-price First Grades blah blah blah" I started to tune that stuff out and it didn't affect my enjoyment.

Todo's question has a bit more depth than it seems at first glance. Todo's identity is all about honesty, authenticity and self-expression. About living on your own terms without caring about being judged by others. When he asks "what's your type of women", he doesn't really care about your specific preference, but rather he wants to see how honest you are with the way you answer. Megumi gave a thoughtful, diplomatic and politically-correct answer, which is why he "failed the test".

a curse user is basically the same as jujutsu sorcerer, they are just kind of classifications. a curse user is basically someone outside of the oficial jujutsu system, most commonly using jujutsu for evil

No spoilers or theory confirmations here! Yes, techniques will hit even Gojo inside a Domain Expansion. However, if two Domains clash, the more "refined" one will dominate the space. You're right though, generally, stronger sorcerers possess more refined Domains, with only one or two exceptions. Regarding Todo: he definitely uses his Cursed Energy while fighting, he just isn't using his Cursed Technique. The person Gojo mentioned was indeed Okkotsu, you’ll see him later. It’s common for people to confuse him with another character (the one in the openings and at the end of the episode), but they are different people. They just look alike. I actually think you’re doing great with the names. I’ve watched a lot of anime, and even I had a hard time learning the JJK names at first. It’s likely because characters are addressed interchangeably by their surnames and first names like Fushiguro Megumi or Satoru Gojo. Sometimes people call him Satoru, other times Gojo, it’s the same with Kugisaki Nobara and Yuji Itadori.

Someone correct me if I’m wrong, but a Jujutsu Sorcerer is simply a curse user associated with the schools. So, curse user is more broad while Jujutsu Sorcerer is more specific about affiliation

if there was any doubt already, Todo in particular proves that Jujutsu sorcerers are all mentally insane lol. Poor Megumi gets beaten up every episode.
