Movie Poll (Thriller)
see, we didnt forget about movies..
this time we went with thrillers and these came up often so good luck
Comments (109)
Any updates on whether they’re going to watch lord of the rings??
I know I missed the poll. But how are you not dying to see Godfather II? Please sometime soon?
Shit, every single one of these is a banger. Id probably go for Prisoners.
Winner = No Country for Old Men
even if you watch no country first, PLEASE watch memories of murder at some point!
Ugh memories of murder should be winning!
Why not just react to all the above ? All 4 pretty much represent the best of the best of thrillers.. . ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
Also, why isn't The Godfather II an option when they already watched the first one and loved it?
no country for old men is the best, no doubt about it
memories of murder nooo.... 😭😭😔
Memories of Murder a korean masterpiece
I really had high hopes but I am not surprised it's trailng. Those are some other good films too
what? i was surprised at that gap. i love no country for old men but for reactions i really thought prisoners would get the most votes. woah
I'm excited for LM to watch No Country for Old Men, hopefully the first one of many Coen brothers movies to come. I guess this opportunity is also as good as any to mention Fargo as a potential next long series after Mad Men, losely based on another great Coen brothers movie of the same name. There aren't enough reactions to the Fargo series out there, even though it's a fantastic show, has great big name casts every season and huge WTF moments.
wen DUNE
the fact that the girls are getting consistent with movie reactions as we dare to hope is unbelievable… we cheer !
can’t wait for the next poll (fingers crossed it’s animated movies)
Memories of Murder is fucking peak. Too bad most of your fans havent seen it since its korean. Its one of best 21st century thrillers
Every single one of these movies is a masterpiece or close to one. There's really no wrong answer.
I have nothing against any of these, so I’ll just let it ride.
I can’t believe we’re going to get a movie and it’s not going to be Se7en. 🥺
Really surprised Prisoners isn’t winning. That seemed the best for the girls to react to
No Country gets my vote for writing, cast, and other reasons. However there is another movie in this category directed by Denis Villeneuve, featuring Josh Brolin and Benicio Del Toro that induces levels of suspense that leave you breathless.
Sicario is an all timer. The border crossing scene is tension made solid.
Damn for once all peak options in this poll. I’m voting for all these lol
Nvm I can only vote for one :”( this is hard..
MOAM getting the least votes is a crime
ye name recognition goes far
Got really excited only to see my two favorites are losing handily. Oh well, I'll still enjoy No Country and just be very glad we dodged Se7en.
Uuuuuuuuuuh mamacita
Koreaboos seething that their movie is in last place
weirdo
It feels a bit cruel to ask two people who don't watch movies to watch and discuss a Coen Brothers movie as one of their first. Especially No Country for Old Men. I can already imagine it being two hours of them sitting in mostly silence, and then not really having much to say at the end of it. It's my favourite on the list too, but the others here are a bit more up their alley I think.
I respectfully disagree. I think No Country for Old Men is right up their alley. The movie will provoke discussion, that's for sure. The outro will be filled with discussion between the two intelligent/perceptive young ladies. No Country for Old Men is that kind of movie.
Making me choose between 4 bangers 😭
Please do all of these! I need Prisoners sooooo bad but I dont think its known enough to win a poll over names like these
Thank God the people with taste are coming out in force
no need to be elitist when its 4 good movies
Might as well call it since we all know No Country for Old Men is going to win
Call it.
Guys come ON it needs to be 'Memories of Murder' PLEASEEEEEEEEE
Voting for Seven for these two is cruel and unusual.
NCFOM and Seven are both exceptional.. come on Seven! Close the gap!!
Voted for Prisoners but I'd be happy with NCFOM.
I picked Prisoners but honestly all of these are great movies
Memories of Murder is the best suited film here by a margin, and No Country probably isn't the best Coen Brothers movie to watch for first timers, but it is what it is. It's a good film.
I think Prisoners is honestly just as suited if not more. Their discussion on that film would be incredible
Survey says!
Honestly any of these 4 are great. Surprised Fight Club and Shutter Island aren't up here with em
I clicked on Prisoners with such a big smile and it disappeared 1 second later
Its sad how underrated it is
Id watch all 4 of these if I were yall. Memories of Murder is one of my favorite detective movies ever.
Damn. I'm actually shocked by these numbers. I expected Prisoners and Seven to be much higher. Whatever the case, I love all of these.
Seven yes. But there is no way Prisoners was gonna be bigger than NCFOM.
Gotta represent the Prisoners supporters here, even tho it's a lost cause. One of Denis Villeneuve's best after Sicario.
Sicario is my favorite Denis Villeneuve. I would love to see them react to Sicario.
"No Country for Old Men" is a great movie, and looks like it's going to win by a landslide. It's a worthy winner. I voted for "Se7en" because of, well...if you know, you know. You should watch that somewhere down the line. The other two don't ring a bell.
Memories of Murder will probably lose the poll since it’s the least popular of the four but I hope you’ll check it out one day regardless. One of the best crime thrillers ever and Bong Joon-ho’s best movie next to Parasite.
In my opinion you should watch all four. But if I have to choose one, maybe Memories of Murder.
I found a mistake in your poll. You see, you misspelled The Fugitive. You just accidentally typed some other words so autocorrect didn't catch it :)
It's early but the size of the NCFOM lead is shocking. It's my preference! But Seven is such a revered classic, this is surprising. But like I said, it's early.
Se7en is one of the rare instances where it's a great movie and it's one I would absolutely not recommend for the channel.
Se7en is an extraordinary movie. Pretty much every aspect of its filmmaking is top notch. But I won't mind if No Country wins. That is also a brilliant movie and will make for a great reaction video and post-movie discussion.
Seeing Memories of Murder so low is hurting my soul
React channel watchers/subscribers are allergic to watching movies that aren't every Hollywood movie "film bros" upvote on IMDB.
Although it’s one of my favorite movies, i think Se7en may be a little too dark for them. My vote is for No Country For Old Men. Although i wouldn’t call it a thriller.
LM have never been wusses
No Country for Old Men. Easy.
Been sitting on the audiobook for No Country For Old Men for a hot minute, looks like I have a reason to finally tackle it.
my fav is Memories of Murder, ridiculously good film that probably isn't popping off as much because of the subtitles barrier for some, but great list!
PLEASE watch Memories of Murder and not the other more popular movies that are going to be voted for ;-; People love Parasite but refuse to go back and watch Bong's other movies, I think Memories of Murder is his best. Not to say the other movies aren't good, and they will be better for SEO, but it's unfair to a movie as good as Memories of Murder to be put on a poll like this because it won't ever win because people don't like to watch non-mainstream popular movies.
The last poll option I picked that won was Haiykuu what is wrong with me
No Country AND Seven
I've only seen NCFOM and Se7en. Se7en is good, but NCFOM is a masterpiece. Honestly, just watch all the Coen Bros movies. They're by far the best film makers of the last 30 years.
3 films on here I love, but I’ll go with Memories of Murder
Se7en hasn’t really aged well. MoM is a great pick and would love to see them do non-English but I can’t vote against Tommy Lee and Javier!!
Curious: how has it not aged well?
I voted No Country for Old Men. A profound movie. Good choices in the poll. I like Se7en and Prisoners. Haven't seen Memories of Murder but gets good reviews.
I'm happy with whichever one wins tbh, these are all great
great choice, everyone of those is a must watch :D
Good picks, gonna enjoy whatever wins 👍
It hurts to chose between prisoners and memories of murder ngl
Well, just voted and apparently it wouldn't matter anyway 😂
Easy, Seven
Seven and No Country… are great films but Memories of Murder is GOATed. I don’t think a lot of people have watched it
Prisoners why so loww wtf.
Yeah, currently next to last at a mere 12%
Aw man I love No Country but after having just watched Memories of Murder I know you guys would love that too. Such a hard choice!!!!!
I personally find se7en kinda overrated. But all of the movies are good for reaction videos. With that being said I definitly agree that No country for old men is the best option. It's more or less a perfect movie.
Yeah, Se7en isn't bad but it's definitely my least favourite on this list.
Take the initiative and watch "Memories of Murder." That movie ain't never gonna win a poll lol 😭
fr it's a travesty
marty supreme would’ve been such a good thriller option but they’d have to wait til it comes out on streaming. no country for old men it is then
Why make them suffer thru Timmy shamalot?
I voted Seven. All are amazing and I hope you react to them all. I suggested Zodiac also hopefully one day.
Would love to see a Zodiac reaction someday.
Se7en was so good
Jokes aside this is genuinely a difficult poll. I’m going to predict Memories of a Murder will place last because it doesn’t seem like a lot of people here watch Korean films
Prisoners is amazing. Haven't seen no country for old men yet tho
Prisoners pleeeeeeease, they are gonna love prisoners
NO COUNTRY FOR OLD MEN WOOO
Memories of Murder is a legit Korean masterpiece
I like how the first poll was horror and now thriller. There’s a vibe here
No wrong answer here, but I voted for Memories of Murder. All great films.
Sounds like a cheerful fun afternoon no matter what wins 😀
I've never heard of memories of murder. I voted for No country for old men as I think it's legitimately an amazing movie. But the others are both great movies too, I'm going to have to look up the one I didn't know anything about
Please watch Memories of Murder. It's the first great movie by the director of Parasite (and if you haven't seen that you REALLY should get on it!)
Oh my they haven't seen NCFOM?? Let's goo
I'll vote it just for you
