me just waiting all day for that ep 6 drop
It's shocking to me how faceblind they are. I don't understand how they recognize each other at this point.
The movies are very much a different genre - sci-fi fantasy adventure. They do feel quite different. But considering how popular they are, I think it's still worth watching them - Episodes 4, 5, 6 will wrap up the empire storyline (1-3 are prequel about Darth Vader's story). You can safely ignore the sequel trilogy since it's mostly a new story. To finish Andor/empire's storyline, you only need Rogue One and Episodes 4-6 (A New Hope, The Empire Strikes Back, and Return of the Jedi).
Actually, more accurately, Episodes 1-3 tells the origin of Darth Vader and the rise of the emperor/empire.
I have watched a lot of reactions to Andor and I think they are the only ones who didn't say something like, shut up Saw, Wil needs to concentrate in the beginning of that scene. Also most people say yes when Saw asks, you think I'm crazy, but they didn't.
