The same saddness I feel when I see Johan is the same sadness I felt when I would see Eren. Eren and Johan both became monsters because of their environments around them. It never justifies anything but it does make you feel incredibly sad for them, if only things were different.

I hate setting expectations or hyping these up but you guys are genuinely not ready for like the last 10 eps. its so peak 😭

This is not a spoiler: you missed something Lipsky said when he was asked about his parents. He said they were alive.

Loved the discussion. Great points about what waking up at hospital meant for Johan. I think another significant moment at the same time is Nina's reaction to seeing him. He reached out to her with tears in his eyes (you guys noticed it in episode 3) but she was terrified of him and collapsed. I think the rejection from her is the final nail in the coffin.

Just 17 episodes left... I'm so excited for the next 3 episodes. They are soooo good. And your discussion for this episode was perfect.
