Geez...i joined here to get access to the full reactions of shows and last week an episode of season 2 of Andor didnt load, and now this episode no longer exists along with episode 11. :/ what a bad month. Is there anything to be done?
Don's a piece of shit. But what about the teacher? Henry too, for that matter.
And so is Betty, especially what she does in a couple of episodes; disregarding how traumatic it may be for her children, because she thinks of only herself. Don’t want to say, if people don’t know but she’s not innocent either, she has major issues as well and tired of people making excuses for her and overlook her issues. She’s one of the worst people on the show, at least most of the show… Don is a persona… not making excuses, just explaining he’s trying to outrun his major past trauma by being someone else. He shouldn’t do what he does, because it hurts others but dick wouldn’t do those things. That’s why he’s don, if he doesn’t cheat or exhibit any of don’s personality/traits, then it’s a reminder that he’s dick and makes him remember his past, which he tries to forget… everyone also just forgets about Betty’s completely inappropriate relationship with a little boy, in glen..
"The faintest ink is better than the best memory." Betty is stunningly beautiful. Too bad she is somewhat of a tragic figure. We'll see. Great analysis in your outro. The dynamic at the episode end with Don receiving accolades while Betty angrily wonders who the hell he is. A woman sends Don a signal, he makes a move, and the woman doesn't say no. Don doesn't have the character to not make the move, especially if something about her interests him. He wants Betty + more. He never falls for the woman (except maybe Rachel). Even though Don exhibits confidence, he also has the underlying insecurity about his secret past. A mix that makes him an interesting protagonist.
