I’m so glad to know that you guys won’t have the same insane reaction to 2x10 as the general audience had lol. I’ve been waiting for these reactions desperately, i need them to heal from the nonsense i’ve been seeing on twitter/tiktok.
I watch a lot of Severance reactions on youtube, I swear almost every single one of them has disappointed me with the finale...oof it's been painful.

The thing with the story of Apple of losing 1 billion on AppleTV is skewed for clicks. Apple is a trillion dollar company and so 1 billion is almost like a rounding error honestly. But the news is pushing as them losing the money but in reality they are investing in quality content. As Apple always strives to do, release quality over quantity. They started their streaming service in 2019 and didn’t start off with decades of intellectual property to pull from and most if not all of it is original. You can’t really build that up if you aren’t willing to lose money.
Totally, it's the new trendy business strategy. Have enough liquid cash to give insane deals and outcompete any smaller provider, then start raising prices once your user base is big enough. They are not losing billions if they are pretty certain they will make it back hand over fist in the future. Not to mention 1 billion to Apple is nothing

I have watched several American/English reaction channels who didn’t know what it meant, and yet Lola is out here casually nailing it, when English is her second language 💪🙌
I spent many years as a technical editor, and I am consistently blown away by their language abilities. I wish the people I had to edit were half as good as they are.

Pretty frustrated by Irving's arc this season. I don't know how much of this ending was a late audible driven by Turturro leaving(?) the show, but it really felt like we needed another hour unpacking what his Outie was up to and developing his relationship with Burt outside the severed floor. I think there was a (potentially) interesting thread here where Outie Irving, who has apparently never experienced love in his life, gives himself over to loving Burt on the logic that, if his Innie loved him, his Outie would too. But the show only got a chance to nibble around that idea, which is a real shame. Anyway, I guess we'll see what Season 3 brings for Irv in 2035!

Lol I think my mom is pretty similar with characters, whenever I watch something with her she's always asking me "is that a good guy or a bad guy? so is this guy good?" and I get a headache trying to explain it's sometimes not black and white. I think she just likes someone to root for and there not to be many twists and turns. Unless it's a Turkish soap opera, then she's all about the twists. No she's not Turkish and learned the language through watching it.
Lol Milena, that's such a typical mother reaction to shows. My mother would've said the same thing. She loves to "figure characters out" and just put them into single dimension boxes.

Sadly the next season almost definitely won’t come out within the next year and a bit probably 2. This show is crazy and writing alone will probably take a while due to how complex this show is. I hope somehow I’m wrong though.
Yes it will be two best case. Season 2 took 186 days to shoot and they block shoot out of order with everything written beforehand (though they're rewriting up to the wire sometimes). Then post and there's a lot of visual effects. They're writing now and will likely shoot over winter. Season 2 started shooting in October 2ü22.
