Tbh the first time I watched cowboy bebop I wasn’t a huge fan. I thought it was okay. I think this show has a lot of nostalgia engraved into it and I just watched it a couple years ago for the first time. I think it was just overhyped for me. I’m really glad to give it a rewatch with y’all so I can see how my opinion has changed over the years. I liked rewatching ep 1!
That's understandable. I will say that I watched it as a teen and thought it was just okay but when I watched it as an adult I liked it a lot more. I think a lot of it's themes are more appreciated by people in their mid 20s or older.
The intro reminds me of the classic Batman cartoon intro
