The way I wish Fruits Basket could qualify as what to watch next. So much of that show is about human relationships and emotion.
That would be my dream reaction from them. I'm confident it would become a top 3 favorite anime for them
Apothecary Diaries is what I watched after finishing this show. They are now my number 1 and number 2 animes ever. It helped me get over Frieren ending and season 2 of Apothecary Diaries starts in a couple of months. Both of these shows are amazing.
Frieren isnt the most popular show on MAL but the people that do watch it rate it very highly.

Frieren thinks that the greatest joy in magic lies in searching for it, and that thought makes Ubel a really interesting character to me, who also enjoys the search for magic in a twisted different way. While Serie is like the anti-Frieren, who cannot be a mage in a time of peace, Ubel is almost like a dark-Frieren, who thinks like her in practice but with her own dark twists
I always have to smile at how Übel is portrayed as evil when the worst thing she did was kill robbers who had attacked her. :D
Another anime that might be great for you after this is The Apothecary Diaries. It aired the same time as Frieren. It's a great mix of mystery, drama, comedy and romance. It's written by a woman and the main character is a teenage girl. She's become one of my all-time favorite main characters in anime. It's only 24 episodes and season 2 is airing in January
We've talked about it before and it wouldn't be right for this slot. They're running 2-cour seasons every year. 48 episodes including Season 2. That means a full year of AD and that's before Season 3. Should be on the poll for what follows Monster
I think women are just as prominent in the manga industry as man. Women made Fullmetal Alchemist and Demon Slayer, just to name the ones you would definitily know.
And it also shows that gender plays no role at all. Demon Slayer has some of the most one-dimensional main characters you can think of.

the day is blessed, for Frieren Friday is upon us
season 1 is chapter 1 to chapter 60 of the manga. Right now the manga has reached chapter 138. So there is plenty left and the manga is still airing i think we have hafway through the story. I can said this 138 chapters are so good.
Yeah. I hope for 240 Chapters ~ 4 Seasons with 28 Episodes each. I very much hope that it won't be over 300 chapters. I don't want the story to be unnecessarily stretched out. But I also could see the 2nd Season with only 22 Episodes and the next 6 Episode Story Arc in a movie format. I would prefer 28 Episodes.
