i've been binge watching the reactions since yesterday because i had a day off and today only worked the nightshift and the amount of joy that it has given me is enormous. may be also because of the hormones because i'm on my period but this show and frieren are healing parts of me i didn't know that needed to be healed.

YES!!!!! The conversations, or the lines or the quotes are one of the reasons I love this show. You've already realized the writer "Furudate" is literary genius in his storytelling and character design skills. And his writing-sentence ability is also noteworthy.

Appreciate the Kageyama love in this episodes reaction. He, along with Nishinoya are my personal favorites but I always felt that the fandom always focused too much on Kageyama's faults so he isn't regarded as a fan favorite compared to other characters (which is ridiculous because he is just a kid like the rest) but he arguably has the best character development in the entire series. One thing I always loved about Kageyama is how respectful he is to his upperclassmen and elders in general. When he's around kids the same age as him, his words can be harsh because he sees them as on the same level as him but he appreciates and accepts wisdom and guidance from those older then him and never scoffs at it and it's precious.

Love this episode. The moment where Ukai asks how long Hinata and Kageyama have known each other, and then remarks that it’s cruel that they never got to grow up together is so bittersweet. As for the soundtrack, as people have said I strongly recommend just adding the whole playlist from Spotify into your rotation, seasons 1-2-3 are all on there, Yuki Hayashi the composer is a genius.

Attack on Titan Junior High is a parody by Isayama of his own story. It largely takes elements from the first season and packs them into a school setting. It is very amusing. Chikara Ennoshita (#6), #7, #8 and Tadashi Yamaguchi (#12) will still get their moments, but the other 8 players are clearly more in the spotlight.
