Mad Men
i cant believe people pay for this stuff
People pay for a lot of things, sex , drugs, reactions, onlyfans, for your personal dominatrix. That is life.
DEXTER PLEASE
Mad Men after Sopranos
please watch dexter
Maybe Ted Lasso in a future poll?
I hope Sopranos is two a week so they get through it faster. There are so many good shows for them to get to lol
All long shows are two a week.
The sopranos has the best theme hands down
And the best themes
Every time I see Yellowstone for a second I think it's Yellowjackets and get excited.
Milena wouldn't survive watching that show 😂
It's such an incredible show.
6 seasons? X_X
It’s really seven lol. The final season is twice as long as a normal season and iirc the showrunner sees it two but i think for pay or production reasons or w/e it became one.
I’m so happy The Soprano’s is winning after the trauma of trying to vote Monster in the last poll😂
Out of these options, I have only seen The Sopranos and while it is a popular choice amongst your subscribers for you ladies to watch. I honestly don't really think you ladies will enjoy that show. I'm not saying the show is horrible, but I just don't think it would be your cup of tea. We'll see how this poll turns out though.
Why do you think that? I think the character depth and realism will make them love it plus the themes. The characters aren’t good people but they love succession and think Walter white is one of the best characters they’ve seen so that won’t be an issue I don’t think, especially since the show is so well written you still like those characters and love some of them.
add YOU on netflix in the poll please
Buffy the Vampire Slayer
Barry would be better for them but as I experience with Monster and Haikyu! sometimes the polls choose differently.
I hope you guys also know that sopranos fans are nothing like breaking bad fans. So the comments won’t be a problem like they were during that.
Throw out Yellowstone and put in My Brilliant Friend. Then make an executive decision to watch it otherwise you'd never get to it.
Holy crap wasn't expecting to see another person recommending My Brilliant Friend. That show is seriously top tier
Barry sounds fun
Anything but Yellowstone. Trash TV.
Yeah Yellowstone stinks, never got the appeal of it. Some group of people turns up, Kevin Costner tells them to get off his land and repeat for like 8 seasons So bad
I voted for Yellowstone coz it’s the only one from that bunch I’ve seen in full, but I can see from the percentage votes so far that it’s probably gonna come in last. 😬 I’ve tried getting into the Sopranos a few times but can never get past the first few episodes - I just didn’t find any of the characters likeable. Watched a couple of episodes of Barry and it was pretty good, I plan to get back to it at some point.
What happened to Severance ? You said in one of your videos a while back that you were going to watch that 😐
They said they were gonna wait for season 2.
I have been trying to think what shows could be good for future live action show polls. Season 1 of True Detective, Fargo, and Chernobyl are the first shows that come to mind.
They already watched True Detective S1 and Chernobyl on their own time
Mad Men and Yellowstone voters, you have the chance to do the funniest thing right now.
You'll never get that big a swing sadly. You can peel off MAYBE 10% total, across both shows, but more likely less, cuz most people vote once then close the app and forget forever. We REALLY had to push for the last swing (forgot what it was) and that was less than 5% lol.
serbia up 11 at half against the usa’s dream team, anything is possible… maybe mad men still has a chance 👀
I agree Sopranos is a cornerstone of TV, but I can't help but think Barry would be a better fit for the channel. Plus Lola was a marine!
Yo Lola was a marine? That's some wild lore I didn't know
Need a rally for Mad Men!
Picture this: The year is 2026. Mad Men won the next long show poll in a landslide. You're watching the girls react to S3E13, "Shut the Door. Have a Seat" for the first time, knowing what's about to happen. Your wife comes home from her $350k a year job designing military drones for Lockheed Martin, she sees you locked in and leaves you to it. There's a pizza on the way, your skin is clear, your parents are back together and they love you. Life is good.
This brought a tear to my eye ❤️
Sometimes I’m having a good day but then I remember Lola watched Dark off camera and we will never see those reactions 😔 I will mourn the reactions that could’ve been 🪦🕊️
This is how I feel about Succession.
As far as future recommends "Gomorrah" was a great story and performed really well (8.6/10 on IMDB), if ever looking for 5 seasons of something Sopranos-like later, it's Italian with English subs on MAX.
I think Barry would resonate the most with the girls. Plus it’s the shortest show here.
Anything is better than Yellowstone or Barry.
I highly Recommend the Amazon Animated Series Legend of Vox Machina, it has 2 seasons with it's 3rd starting in October, and has 12 episodes per season. I genuinely think you would enjoy it, plus there are a lot of voices in it you would very likely recognize.
Mad men is so much better then sopranos it's not even comparable
The channel was born for the girls to watch Mad Men. I will never concede this, its so perfectly attuned to their tastes. I will never give up.
i was hoping mad men would at least be within striking distance 😭
I'm honestly happy with 13% (as of right now) in a single-choice poll with Sopranos and Barry lol. Still viable long term.
We need to pump up those Mad Men numbers!
Hoooly shit, is it really time for the gabagool??? Oobatz
Woke up this morning, chose the gabagool
yall should watch 3 body problem
Wait for Season 3/4...
Guys vote for Haikyuu please
So old :(
This is the first poll where I’m actually down for all these shows. Now… I will be honest and I say I don’t think you will enjoy Yellowstone or The Sopranos lol I gotta feeling you are going to hate those shows but I could be wrong.. we gonna see :P
Bro what do you men Sopranos is peak
I think Heavenly Delusion should be on the next anime poll
It's like you don't know who LM is lol. A guy in his sister's body getting turned on by it and touching himself/herself? Lol they'll puke. And the whole thing with Robin at the end... Yeah no.
I've never seen the Sopranos but it's been on my list for forever, this'll be a good excuse to watch it with you both, should be fun. Also, I know you guys are interested in Severance but wanted to wait till season 2 got closer, we now know it's gonna start back up in January so I hope you'll be reacting to it in a few months. I know it's too early still though. So shocking to me that so few channels are reacting to it, S1 was my favorite show of that year.
I can't wait for them to watch Severance, it's perfect for their post episode discussions/theories
sopranos is gonna be greatl but... is anyone else still mourning the end of hotd s02?? i made the mistake of listening to some of the ost's and i am NOT ok lol 😭😭 feeling like an emotional mess! 😭 wish there were 10 eps or at least no 2 year wait!
shows getting shorter and seasons feeling like "part one/part two" instead of full seasons is very depressing to me. Remember LOST? House? 20+ episode seasons, 7 seasons a piece. absolute madness, I miss that era where characters had room to fuck around and play and breathe.
Barry has such a unique blend of comedy and o shit moments but Sopranos is on another level.
En mi mente confundí Yellowstone con Yellowjackets jajajaja. De todos modos voto por este porque tengo ganas de ver un western, aunque veo que no ganará
There are TV series before and after The Sopranos, it was a huge turning point and I can't wait for you two to finally get to know this masterpiece.
The Sopranos is an all timer and has been on the cards for a while so makes sense that will be next. I can not wait for your reactions to the masterpiece of a show. I know you two love the grey characters so not too concerned but the one thing with The Sopranos is they're all kinda awful people. Also I know this show is probably way too niche to ever get a reaction but I would like to recommend the show My Brilliant Friend to you two just for in your own time. It's one of the best written shows I've seen and is criminally under seen probably because it's not in English but it's very well reviewed and I know you girls would love it
Mad Men was great
I think Mad Men is the better choice for the girls, just because of how deep that character study can go. They would love it. The Sopranos is a must watch though, so I have to vote for that.
I haven’t seen Mad Men yet but surely the Sopranos is one of the best shows ever for character studies?
please volei today and Friday frieren tomorrow
Barry<3
Omg Sopranos!
Omfg they're gonna watch sopranos!
You know what would be funny? If Sopranos and Barry were both at exactly 40%. (Haikyuu Monster Flashback) 😂
I am so here for the whiplash of going from Haikyuu and Frieren to the fucking Sopranos every few days
Ok Sopranos wins clean pack it up
Barry (32 Episodes), Yellowstone (47+ Episodes, Season 6 announced), Sopranos (86 Episodes), Mad Men (92 Episodes). From the description I think Yellowstone is the most interesting, but I mean Barry fans have been waiting for a reaction for quite a while and it's also the shortest show, so there could be another poll in 4 months. Sopranos would be 11 months. 🤔
We need to get Sopranos off the board at some point. It's one of the last long legacy shows they haven't covered or watched before. Might as well be now.
Mad Men 3rd has me shook what the—- Guessing crossover with Sopranos fans
guys how do I look at the poll in detail again?
Wait so 2 shows are gonna win?????
Sopranos has always seemed so over hyped
It's really good TV but I would go in with reasonable expectations. It's not the perfect show the mega fans would have you believe. It also came before a lot of modern innovation in pacing and structure, so it drags a bit especially near the end. Well worth watching though, at its best its really good.
God not the Sopranos…
Making me choose between Sopranos, Mad Men, AND Barry is so cruel.
I'm always voting Mad Men. I'm shocked it even has 12% lol. Let's gooooo
honestly any of these have potential for good discussion damn
Mad men fans need to vote for sopranos because it’s not gonna win this vote and it’s closest thing to it in terms of character depth, writing, and acting. Also made by one of the lead writers for the later seasons of the sopranos.
No.
Milena bought a suit and Lola was in the mafia before. Just saying.
SOPRANO'S ARMY ASSEMBLE
All great shows. Can't complain but no option for my beloved For All Mankind :( Someday...
I need Barry to win
“Who’s that speaking here, is somebody speaking?”
Sopranos or Mad Men win would make my month
I love Barry, but the Sopranos is probably the best show ever made, so gotta pick it. It is a long show though so it would benefit from a two-per-week slot, in my opinion!
This is the only election I have ever cared about
I will give everyone 100lbs of gabagool if they vote for the sopranos.
They would absolutely adore and love mad men and the sopranos so much but the sopranos is just deeper and could have more insight discussions. But for my sanity it has to be one of those two.
Supacell -6 episodes Castlevania for animation BANSHEE!!!!
Barry is amazing. You guys would love it. Its also alot less timeconsuming than Sopranos or Mad Men. Its one of those shows where you have no idea whats gonna happen next. And your feelings/empathies towards different characters change all the time. And its reaaaaaally funny........ as a dark comedy.
CJ: Ah shit here we go again
Succession was the modern Mad Men and I know Lola loved Succession so there's no way they won't love this. Please people give me this please
Did they watch succession off the channel?
Barry and The Sopranos would be awesome
BARRRYYYYY I JUST SAW YABOIROSHI REACTIONS TO IT. THE SHOW IS SO GOOD
What about YellowJackets?
I definitely want to see them watch Yellowjackets, love that show
I know sopranos is going to win, but I feel like mad men would be a more interesting watch.
Sopranos will win but looking forward to you guys doing Mad Men, it’s a great show.
Sad, I want Yellowstone so bad but Sopranos is too good…
MAD MEN PLEASE MAD MEN
Omg yessss Barry + The Sopranos would mean y'all have reacted to almost all of my favourite shows ever
Barry would be glorious
Can you please finish Altered Carbon really quick?? You left off with 4 eps in season 1 and season 2. Its such a great show, please finish it
I know its been a couple years since you last reacted to it but it really is worth the finish
We all have PTSD after the previous poll 🤣
Since Andor season 2 is coming soon y’all should watch it. Amazing show
crying in the fetal position when the next poll is "Mad Men vs Andor", like I'm being forced to choose which of my children dies.
I feel like Mad Men would just infuriate you
Haha sopranos would as well but less so
MAD MEN PLEASE THANKS
