It’s shocking to me how many reactors i’ve seen that think that that’s Netero at the end lol. The bomb was literally inside of his body there’s nothing left.

The broad point of the miniature rose stuff imo, specifically that they're compact and cheap, is to illustrate how trivial and inevitable this level of destruction is for humans. The worlds scientists didn't have to come together to create some unique solution to kill Meruem, all that was needed was something very easy to access; humans are ready for destruction on this scale because we use it on ourselves.

Youpi’s scream and silent crying as he’s carrying Meruem gives me chills. He is the definition of ‘anguish’ in that moment, great voice acting. The reveal of Poufs true nature in the form of his insect of origin is a great visual for the ‘barrier’ Knuckle can’t overcome. There is no prospect of understanding in the cold, uncompromising fury of those insectoid eyes. No chink in the armour… or chitin in this case, for Knuckle to find common ground.

To be fair I don’t blame Lola thinking that. At first sight I couldn’t tell if that was the king or not since it’s really charcoal at that point lol. It was really hard to tell. Regarding the exposition about the bomb, it felt that information added to what Netero said about humans in the last episode. Regarding as to what’s left of this arc.. well I can’t wait for both of you to see how all it ends!
