Coming soon! English Stadium Announcer V3
Hello everyone! Just thought I'd put a post up as I wanted to let you all know the next release coming up. As I mentioned before I took a week off for the holidays and once back I started working on the next update to the English Stadium Announcer pack. At this point I've exhausted all the audio that EAFC25 has, so I've been using AI to increase the selection of callname audio.
So coming up hopefully at the start of next week I hope to have increased both teams and players by a very nice amount. In terms of teams, the Scottish, German and American teams join the English teams with all possible callname types being created. I have also created all types for more European teams across many countries. So hopefully more variety should be heard as goals are scored, substitutions are made and line-ups are explained.
In terms of players for this pack I hope to have all players in the Premier League included. Using this months eFootball database as a guide, I'm currently working my way through every player and creating their home and away announcer audio. If I manage to have some extra time after these players I will add some more players from other teams but that depends how close to next week I get.
So that's what I'm working on at the moment. Once released I will be creating a new update to the Peter Drury pack. So plenty to do haha

Just a question — in the default game announcer, when a team from a specific country, like from the French or Spanish league, was the home team, the announcer would switch to that country's language. In your patch, for example, if a Spanish team is the home team, is the announcer still in English?

Hi Monster Patch, do you mean the Peter Drury pack? Yes it's certainly possible. I am working on the new update as we speak. When it's ready for release I'll also do a pack compatible to PES prior to PES20/21.

Hi Carmelo, Yes there will be a new chant update too. I mentioned before that I wanted to have an update to the Serie A teams so will find what I can in terms of new chants.
German Stadium Announcer?
Hi AtiRoyal, In terms of the games, there isn't a German announcer, Konami didn't have one. This means there's no functionality to have German for just the German leagues. This would require a commentary server making for announcers to make things dynamic. The easiest alternative would be just to replace a language. E.g replace the English with German, this would mean all English leagues would have German as a language too unfortunately. Now outside of that, the hard part is building a pack. I do not understand German so doing any translation wouldn't be the best from my part. But yeah its possible, just would require some time to work through the language. Bare in mind its not just the general comments, there are team comments that have English too, such as "and the lineup for Bochum" and "Goal for Bochum!". So plenty of work to retranslate. However it would be possible.
