sfs malware thing
I don't really go here no more (i'm on an indefinite hiatus) but in light of like, this sfs hack, I have changed my password. This patreon page and my dropbox will host my cc downloads moving forward. I'm working on taking down my links now.
I'd suggest not downloading anything from sfs that has been updated recently.
I know people do not know how to read in 2025 and will skip past actual READING and COMPREHENSION just to fear-monger and exaggerate for online attention (as the sims community is known to do) but PLEASE READ CAREFULLY.
So how do i check if an sfs file has been updated recently? Please LOOK at the image and READ it.
Today's date is the APRIL 14th. it is showing the last update was FEB 14. Since april is past february, this file is SAFE.
If you guys could warn other creators (just link to the simandy post and don't be alarmist or exaggerate), we can help keep one another safe.

So just for clarity (I do wanna make sure I read this correctly so please forgive me) if it was updated pre April 2025 the files may be safe to download?
yep! however do use a malware scanner (malwarebytes or norton) and do not open any file that has an executable file (.exe or .msi). I'd stay away from script mods that are hosted on sfs as well. happy simming but be careful!
also i don't want to hear the smug vanilla retort of "well that's why i don't use mods" bc nobody cares and this post is not for you!
