Guest Series #12 - The MMA Wrestling Meta with JDK

Jesse (@JDillaThaKilla on Twitter) joined me to break down the state of MMA wrestling. We give a brief overview of the history of wrestlers in MMA and then talk more extensively about what JDK calls the golden age of MMA wrestling where we had numerous NCAA standouts transitioning directly into MMA and making it to the very top of the sport.

We summarized the influence the Abdulmanap Nurmagomedov school of grapplers has had on the sports, both good and bad, and discuss where we think the wrestling meta may be heading in the near future.
