• Lot Description: This build is a beautiful old stone block with mixed-use functionality. Over time, a modern addition was built onto it—giving the lot a charming blend of old and new.

  Inside, you’ll find Ryan’s Salon, an upstairs two-story apartment, two separate office spaces, and a general reception area on the first floor. 🏢✂️

  My plan is to fully furnish the entire space! We’ll be seeing Ryan’s apartment, a therapist’s office, and more as the story unfolds.
