Storage Cabinet

Storage Cabinets are the newest garage upgrade heading to 0.4. This garage upgrade allows players to clean up their cluttered workspace and store Truck Components, Repair Parts, Trade Goods, Spray Paints and Vending Machines.

Once this upgrade has been purchased and installed, the Storage Cabinet is accessible from each property owned by the player. Any items stored here are accessible from each property, saving players the hassle of having to drive between locations to check if they have that one repair part they really need.

You can think of it like the Item Box in Resident Evil 2, a magical storage box that are linked, allowing easy access to your items. So now we have Sentient Tofu and Item Boxes, what further inspiration will I draw from this beloved game, I wonder.

Tasks Remaining for 0.4

Before I can release 0.4, I still have to implement the following:

• Narrative Elements

  • More letters, documents, dairies to help unveil the narrative behind what happened with Grandpa and mr Hancho.

• Truck Storage

  • Allow players to 'store' their trucks, opening the possibility to purchase additional

As always, 0.4 will contain various fixes and improvements to the game, but the above are the main tasks I need to focus on for the update.
