From the front line reporting, I think Ukraine is nearly spent with little, if any conventional arms in the stockpiles. Especially Patriot air defense and artillery shells. But, what do I know.

We must remember that Ukraine is very far away and land locked. So everything takes forever to get there. Even the pre-staged support takes days to get into Ukraine, and then to the front line, if not weeks. Russia still has a significant window before the aid makes a real difference. Expect them to try and exploit that to the fullest.
