 I'm playing with DX11 selected and my files were batch fixed. Please make sure all your script mods are updated.

When I tested this lot - some of the decorations on the boundary wall did not place - which was weird because when I placed it on a regular flat lot - it all shows. I'm sorry I don't know if this is Penthouse specific issue but I did include a save file with this lot placed with everything on the wall as it should be - as per the gallery.
