"Almost" from my YouTube channel - reconstructed and redesigned into 4 modern free-standing apartments in Sulani ...♥

Instead of rebuilding as a 1 bedroom house - I decided to turn it into luxury apartments to fit in with the For Rent pack. You don't need For Rent if you place it as a regular Residential Lot. I did save it as a regular Residential Lot to make placement easier.
