Message for iOS/Apple users AVOID THE EXTRA FEE!
HELLO! Just a heads up before you sign up if you are new here. AVOID signing up using the app/using ios/apple you will have to pay an extra fee!
To avoid the iOS fee on Patreon when signing up, use the Patreon website on a desktop or Android device rather than the iOS app. Apple's 30% fee only applies to purchases made within the iOS app.
Yes, if you subscribe to a Patreon membership through the iOS app using Apple Pay, Apple will charge a 30% fee. This fee applies to new memberships purchased in the Patreon iOS app, but not to existing memberships or those purchased through the Patreon website or Android app. Patreon is required to use Apple's in-app purchase system for all iOS transactions, leading to this fee
Just info I wanted to share with you guys since Patreon added that.

Hmmm something don't look right bout this news, yea im late as usual but just got here from tech so
Please we want at least some kind of communication on Patreon feels like talking to a wall I even asked on youtube
Where is the haikyuu 3 ending?
so the one piece thing is the biggest issue for me. Before i was always watching One piece on my own but after I found this the reaction channel. I switched to only watch her reaction with One Piece which normally was fine but reccently the main reason i subscribed to this patreon is gone. I do not mind the huge black clover delays but one pice really hurts me. And I need to probably find another reaction for that......
It's crazy that she seems to prioritize her youtube channel over people who have paid subscriptions on patreon. One Piece episode 1144 is already out and yet she doesn't even have 1143 up. She adds new shows while not finishing what she's already watching. I don't even care about it as it's not my type of anime but there seems like a lot of people who liked Lord of Mysteries and that got added to the pile of shows that went poof and there hasn't been an upload for it for over a month.
Its starting to look like, she only cares about shows that get her views on Youtube. One Piece seems to have monetization issues because of copyright on every episode so she isn’t really getting money from it and she actually communicates on yt comments unlike patreon I wouldn’t have even known she was sick if I didn’t check Youtube
To Be Hero X pls, anime of the year fr
One piece or haikyuu??
One piece 1143 pls

Good news, apple just lost a lawsuit vs epic games exactly about this thing. 2025: "A judge finds that Apple willfully violated a 2021 court order and ordered Apple to allow developers to direct users to alternative payment methods, bypassing the 30% commission" So patreon should be able now to clearly tell users: Hey, just click this link and you don't pay 30% on top. Hopefully they follow through and implement it. (But maybe they wait while apple appeals the decision...)
Huhuhu can't subscribe no payment method available wanted to watch black clover🥹 don't have bank account to link payment method only have gcash PH fan here
USE https://kemono.su/patreon/user/7246446 this ep comes late but you can get it
hi jami ！I m your new patreom number here！did you have redo of healer reaction on patreon？
Thanks Jami. I have an android so no problem for me.
Wow, I've been doing this on other creators lol all I had to do was go through the web app I didn't even realise. I thought it was just a convenience thing through Apple 😭 crazyy
i for sure realized that. i was like $7.50 is an odd price point
Apple is scammers. I only have my old apple phone from the camera lmao. Been switched to android
Honestly I really wanted to switch because I wanted that foldable phone but last android I just have too many apple accessories like AirPods, Apple Watch, that stop me from changing. I’m still rocking my iPhone 13 😂 because every iPhone isn’t really different past that.
Thanks for the heads up
Even going on the patreon website from Safari saves you from extra fees, this applies not only to patreon 🤝
From my understanding as long as you are not on the PATREON app joining someones patreon, you will avoid it.
Ok
Thanks for sharing that! I'll let my friends know about this.
When did they implement this? I subbed like a couple weeks ago I hope it wasn’t during that time
Hmm... not sure... I just noticed this payment that some signed up with ios. I thought they would start that NOV 2025 but it seems that they are implementing it now.
thanks! We are all pirates here anyway.
