v0.16.1 Patch and Offline Release

Hey guys, I waited a while until the offline version was available so I could fix everything and try to deliver the game ready. Apparently everything is ok, just a few small bugs.

Fixes:
Fixed a bug that prevented the MC from going to Thomas's party.
Fixed an issue when trying to return home during the Jamal meet event.
Fixed a bug that allowed the player to enter certain locations without the proper clothing.
