Restoring PSN functionality
Hi everyone,
as some of you probably know, back in February changes in Sony's PlayStation systems broke PlayTracker's PSN functionality and required us to rewrite much of the code related to it.
The majority of this work is now done, and we are beginning to restore PSN functionality in phases, starting with PlayTracker Insight. It will take about a week for the data to be back up to date, and we will be monitoring the accuracy of the new system during this time. Sudden changes will be visible on graphs for all PSN games during this period because the system will be catching up to over a month of data. We are therefore temporarily removing PSN games from the trending list on Insight.
PSN functionality for PlayTracker Social will be restored over the next week. While Insight syncs only which games a user has, Social also pulls trophy data for each individual game. We're being careful not to taint our existing data with a faulty solution, so we're rolling out one step at a time.
Sorry for the inconvenience. Stay tuned for more, we will be discussing the development roadmap with the PlayTracker community soon after this PSN ordeal is over.

My PSN tracking is still unsynchronized and I still have the message on my dashboard saying the fix is inbound - has there been an issue delaying the fix or am I doing something wrong?
Don't worry, you're not doing anything wrong - it's my fault. The fix is still en route.
> back in February changes in Sony's PlayStation systems Um, were there changes?
The old authorization method I was using for PlayTracker stopped working. I had to switch to the new method. Most sites were already using the new method as it caused fewer problems for people, but I didn't have those problems so I left it the way it was until it broke.
As I understand it this has been a huge headache, but also means a lot to users like me, so thank you!
