Minor Update 05.02.2019. (quest re-roll, fixes)

After the big update the other day, I've implemented some minor requested features and fixed various issues that cropped up, all related to Quest.

added the option to reroll the generated quests for PlayTracker Quest - one per month
fixed bugs with quest generation - quest generation can still fail sometimes, but should allow you to simply try again right away instead of causing permanent problems like the infamous "only one quest generated" bug
moved the mystery gift from January to the dashboard
fixed perfect games count bugging out when the number is zero instead of just showing zero
fixed various 404s
