Imagitive Shader Update

The overall goal of our mod is to make vehicles more realistic and to make vehicle lights look realistic. But even though this is the overall goal, all the lighting has been further improved upon.

- You can adjust the color and brightness values of the vehicle headlights as you like.

- We have multiple preset options for those who are affected by high brightness.
