Hi folks , sorry for the edits to recent post , H3L3N and kicking Avenger .
patreon is weird in how it handles file attachments , the file name and files itself was visible to ALL , Unpaid members and it had me thinking everyone could download it so ive been trying to find out how to post files correctly for PAID members .
As far as i can tell , after some digging and tinkering about , even if a post is PAID content , the file attached IS VISIBLE to all people BUT it cannot be downloaded unless your a paid member . Could anyone help clarify this , i dont understand WHY the file attachment is even visible to non paid members ? But it appears its is ?
You cannot download it if non paid member but you can still see it ? i dont get it , why isnt it greyed out like the images etc for paid content ? Because i could see it , i thought anyone could download it ??? am i wrong ?
And as always , thankyou all for your continued help and support .

Is there a way to make the image visible in paid posts as it Blurs them out so i still have to make 2 posts , 1 free with the image and 1 paid with the content ? i think i may have found out how to make the image visible / unblurred for paid posts : )
i am using a trick inserting main paid image that will appear blurred and attaching the same preview image inside the text slot, so viewer knows thats the same image
Ahh ok cool , thankyou so much . i was worried i was posting wrong lol and files were available to download by everyone because i could see them . I do need to drop some free looks as i haven't for awhile lol now but didnt want these looks to free lol ; )
