Weekly Update — June 22, 2026
Here's a quick rundown of how Rage Mode works:
Once the story reaches a certain point, Jodi gains the ability to enter and exit Rage Mode at will.
Rage Mode consumes a lot of energy, so it only lasts a short time — anywhere from a few minutes to over ten minutes.
While enraged, Jodi can restore health by attacking mutated enemies.
Taking hits during Rage Mode does not reduce health, but it shortens the remaining duration. Multiple hits will end the state sooner.
After returning to normal, there's a cooldown period before Rage Mode can be activated again.
Taking damage in normal form speeds up this cooldown.
Weapons cannot be used in Rage Mode, and interactions with objects are limited to picking up supplies.
In Rage Mode, attacks deal damage even without hitting the head.
Crystals can be broken down using special devices and injected into the body to enhance attributes:
Red Crystal — increases attack power in Rage Mode.
Blue Crystal — reduces cooldown time.
Yellow Crystal — extends Rage Mode duration.
Green Crystal — raises max health.
Overall, Rage Mode is tied to the story and isn't the core gameplay loop. Aside from certain puzzles that require entering Rage Mode, it's never forced. But using it wisely makes combat more efficient and adds a strategic layer. Nothing here is set in stone — feel free to discuss!
This week:
SHJIEJIE continues working on new outfits.
Naux keeps making Judgment animations for Rage Mode.
I'll carry on with Chapter 3 content. Next week, we can talk about some of the design ideas behind it.
The screenshot shows that Jodi can now drag oxygen tanks, similar to dragging bodies. Any ideas what that could be used for? 😊

There could be a mechanic for Jodi to kick— kicking objects or kicking doors open.
You could have her shimmy along walls and crawl across the floor, plus add more hiding mechanics—like under beds or inside boxes.
I see one big problem in the rage mode. You killed all enemies and now have to wait until the rage mode ends to pick up stuff. Would be nice you can manually end the rage mode.
is it possible to refine the ammo system for the future with keeping bullets in the chamber after reloading? I enjoyed this system a lot from RE9 and would love to see it for TKA.
And I LOVE MODDING....lol ....love going through Nexus and the Workshop looking for new goodies and content.
Jodi is the best/favorite character I play in any game. Everyday I wish for more places to take her. When I play other games I think to myself "This would be great if Jodi was here"
My favorite by far is the main game. To me nothing like creeping through a zombie infested hell hole eliminating them one by one. Just want more content, more levels, more challenges like abandoned Hangar. I like that one best because I can go at whatever pace I like ....fast or slow.
надеюсь что в третей главе разработчики раскроют механику перетаскивания трупов за всю игру она используется что бы открыть дверь в тоннелях и про ее забываешь на всю игру
This mechanic can be used to activate mechanisms around the map, like opening doors or making something sink with its weight. (Place a shower in Jodi's apartment)
beating zombies to death! oh or swinging it and yeeting it at something to cause an explosion? that would be hella cenimatic!
im hoping rage mode will be like the guns in a way, in chapter one we had the shotgun, revolver, m1911, bow, smg, and ar riffle, in chapter 2 we have the deagle, the gernade launcher, cheetah, speargun, and a few other notable weapons that could be use in the previous chapter thanks to the hyper storage box, i always liked to imagine the thought of rage mode being usable in atleast ch 2, not so much ch 1 because ch 2's enemies are more deeming of a butt whoopin imo but eh its just a thought, so far though i see a lot of posts, looks good, yall are doing amazing work <3 edit: again text heart not working <(less than) and 3 (three) dont wanna go together
I've stopped wondering why Chapter 3 took so long. The team added so many new things to the game. I can totally see how dedicated they are. Now I'm really excited to play Chapter 3.
❤️❣️
The animation would probably look nice when Judy sits on top of an enemy to finish them off.

Just want to say, I love Jodi! That's the post!

There will have a GOG version someday?
🖤❤️
Very cool! Amazing game, by the way!
Interesting. Good luck! In my opinion, moving the oxygen tanks could be used for pressure regulation, supplying oxygen to specific rooms, or extinguishing fires that block otherwise impassable entrances. It could also be useful for solving puzzles by increasing the pressure on large pressure plates through the movement of oxygen tanks, other objects, or even zombies. The game environment has become very beautiful, and the combination of extensive lighting and deep darkness gives the game a creepy, mysterious, and puzzle-oriented atmosphere. Very interesting. 👏🏿👏🏿👏🏿
Oxygen feeds fires so that's a negative on extinguishing fires
Most likely, the balloon will be used to blow up the wall, the armored glass or the passage of which is barricaded. As for the transformation, it may be worth leaving the opportunity to take damage from opponents by health (reducing Jodi damage during transformation at difficulty level easy 100% medium 90% heavy 80% hard 70%). Question: is the height of a normal jump increased during the transformation? And thank you for your hard work, don't forget to have a good rest.
❤️❣️
Will this ever be available on playstation 5 or switch.???
It's a pretty complicated question. It will most likely depend on sales and total revenue after the full release. After all, people need to be paid for their work). And porting to the ps5 or nintendo switch is quite a laborious process for a small team.
Awesome
