but I genuinely think Songs of Conquest is one of my favourite games to come out recently.
As a spiritual successor to HoMM I set the bar extremely high,
but they surpassed all my expectations.

Turned out pretty good! Would love to see you eventually take on The Elder Scrolls Arena and Daggerfall (both of which are free on all platforms, plus Daggerfall was recently remade in the Unity engine by some diehard fans)
