I bought this game cause of this review.
I was told this was in the same vein as Deus Ex in terms of gameplay, put a little time into it and never really took to it. Your video definitely made me want to try it again. Thank you sseth, your videos really do get me through tough times in life as weird as that sounds. I have probably said that before but gotta say it again.

I have stumbled a few years passed on an intriguing title called The Age of Decadence. It echoes beautifully the times of the fall of the soviet union in the 90's, when parents had to wash diapers by hand, because paper was considered a commodity, when food was considered anything that was chewable, and the glorious legions of slavic, abibas track-suit loving, cyka-blyat crying ogres, affectionately known as gopniks, invented the geometrically perfect slav squat. Age of Decadence has a similar premise, but in a fantasy setting, where a "glorious" empire is now a post-apocalyptic ruin, and good and evil gives way to a more ambiguous moral system based on survival and loyalty. Needles to say, just like my forefathers, i spent half my time working as a well-meaning, but slightly autistic bouncer at a brothel. And hey, if you can't live the life you wanna live, at least you can play it.
I've heard very good things about Age of Decadence, it never got the attention it deserved so I'll definitely try it out and give it some coverage. Thank you for the recommendation.
Seth have you ever heard of an odd single player game called Exanima? It seems just the right amount of weird and obscure and I’d like to see your take on it.
good god I still own it and still manage to get decapitated by the starter enemies, I'll try give it a proper try (and lord forbid - actually get good at it)
Hey seth, you ever considered playing those weird ass paradox strategy games? (CK2, EU4, that bunch). Can take some time, but the retarded shit in those games reaches paramount levels with minimal effort.
oh yeah definitely - it's already all on the list, I understand how to play CK2 and I've got an early script for it, so that's likely to happen later this year

yes YES YES Dominions will definitely be covered - I actually put it off several times because I needed months longer to play as many factions as possible (in Middle Ages and Late Ages) (p.s fuck late ages)
