Still one of my fav games. The recycler feature just makes me hard every time i think about it.
This game looked so good, it made me create a GOG account, and buy other immersive sims. I do have suggestions to playing some games, but they have actually decent online communities, and you're far too popular to not inadvertently destroy and dismember them.

Please make a Video about the Game X4, it is an amazing Space Sim made by a small German studio.
Nothing beats closing the only trading route to a newly reconnected aquatic alien species that was locked into a system with minimal water supplies for generations. Only to then strongarm them into paying a premium for water deliveries as the only real trading partner they got.
I really enjoyed this game when it came out. Glad more people are discovering it, sadly we'll never get that sequel and if we did it'd be a monkey's paw situation.

Thank you goat. Could I suggest reviewing (I'm guessing most people have already suggested them at some point): Patrician 3, Spellforce or Supreme Commander (1/2). If you want even more old games and a bit of an acid trip (some phrases from this game are burned into my memory) I can suggest Pirates: Captain's Quest, good luck running it on modern systems though. I'm once again recommending Six Ages: Ride Like the Wind and Six Ages 2: Lights Going Out. The spiritual sequels to King of Dragon Pass. Same game style, same world, different eras and different location.
