Ah, there's nothing like a highly-intelligent passive-aggressive rant about terrible customer service from a terrible, fraud-ridden company that fleeces Americans! It was fun to watch. We've all been there, with one company or another...

I hate ISPs and cable companies. They make promises but never keep them and there's nothing you can do about it.
