Getting drawings prepped for shipping

Thanks very much! Wondered if you had done a video on the interaction of the Giggs Bison on gravity. I had this thought that, in the future, anti gravity material could be a paint like material, rather than generated, manipulated via the HBP... Or is that claptrap?

DFTBA who handles shipping say that they have lost the package, as it still hasn’t arrived, it hasn’t been returned to them and the tracking code has been standing still since December 19th. But that I don’t need to worry, as they will re-ship the item if I authorise re-shipping. How can they re-ship a unique original hand drawn piece of art used in a video? Wouldn’t I need to pick another one if the one I picked already has been shipped and lost? They say that they have been in contact with you. I don’t understand how there can be multiple copies of the same drawing. It seems really sketchy to me how DFTBA very fast talk about re-shipping an item, as if it is a mass produced T-shirt. Sorry for mentioning this here, I didn’t see a way to DM you on Patreon.

I got a request for import tax documentation. I tried uploading a screenshot of the patreon receipt but apparently thats not good enough. Anyone have any advice on what kind of documentation is sufficient the custom authorities for this(shipping to norway)

I have been a member since October and I just realized that I had my shipping address in my profile but I might not have had my shipping address in my membership? I didn't realize that these were two different things. Is there anything I can do to fix this and can I still get a drawing? Thank you for the help and the videos! Out of curiosity my subscription expired on the 17th and I’ve not noticed any email about a shipment. Would shipments in the US receive a email with a tracking number? If my subscription expired before it they were shipped would I still be considered for one?
