0.8.1 fifth progress update

Hi!

Writing got a bit rough this week. All on me, though; there weren't really any distractions. So I went ahead and also did some of the side stuff like updating Ethan's character tab and adding Carl's (Madeline's will be added next update), as well as a few other things that needed to get done. Still, there isn't that much writing left to be done, so hopefully I'll be able to push the update out this week. If not, naturally I'll let you know.
