empty hospital and completely rotting, mouldering over. doesn't even have to be a vehicle of anything horrible or ghastly. it can be just like the pensive, melancholic track that plays in the beginning of day 5. taking your time to dwell in the sickness of it all. to talk. probably my favorite part of of the more neutral route is just getting to talk to him.
