Arnout's preset Update

I added additional content to Arnout's Preset to make building your car setups easier. This is the same approach I use in LMU and have always used in ACC.

I want to point out that this was the old art of car setups, but as I'm iterating my content, it feels like it should be part of Arnout's Preset car setup build. So, for everyone who bought the Preset, you can download it for free, and Advanced members and higher get it for free as well.

Yesterday, I did a 3-hour endurance race on ACC with the people from FullGrip Motorsports and had a lot of fun… so I do think ACC is still great, people.
