Today's Update (March 17, 2026)

Hi everyone,

I hope you all are well. I wanted to hop on here to send a quick message, since I've been a bit busy lately. Today there was an update. Of course, with this update many mods are broken. I haven't tested my mods as yet with this update and probably won't be able to until end of week or going into next week.

For those who haven't updated, I'd encourage you to hold off for a while, if you're willing. Apparently, after the update, many mods and cc are no longer loading or being recognized by the game. I'd wait to see how and if they fix this. But if you do update, do it at your own risk.

Now concerning main menus...I don't want to speak too soon. But if they are broken with this new update (which they most likely will be thanks to the new Marketplace) I don't intend to update them either for a longgg time or at all (depending on the damage done). I'll confirm after testing. In any case, I will make the main menu images available to those who would like it and you can use Simmatically's (who is very talented) Background Pack Generator to still have your menus.

Again, I don't want to speak too soon, so we'll see.
